Friday Night Braai

6:00 pm

Wear something comfortable. We'll be travelling to the lapa on game vehicles and it'll likely get cooler as the evening goes on, so don't forget a jersey.

We'll be hosting an informal braai at Mongena on the Friday evening for those guests who are staying at the lodge on Friday night. This will be held in the Imvumbu Lapa in the reserve, overlooking the dam.

Wedding

2:00 pm

Our wedding is formal, but comfortable. Yes to button-downs, no to ties! It may be coolish in the evening and we will be outside, so please do bring jerseys/jumpers and jackets as needed.

Our ceremony begins at 15:00. Please aim to arrive at 14:00. The day is planned as follows: 14:00 - Guest arrival at Mongena and transfer to Acacia on game vehicles 15:00 - Ceremony 15:30 - Post-ceremony drinks and canapes 17:00 - Return to main lodge/Photographs 18:00 - Reception Please keep in mind that our ceremony is being held out in the bush. There are no fences around the area but we will have rangers on site.
