Our love story started on the volleyball court. We met coaching young athletes at a volleyball clinic. It was after our first Dairy Queen date that our relationship began to blossom. I mean who doesnt love a story that begins with ice cream. Our life adventures took us all over the world. Andrew had the opportunity to play volleyball and get his Masters Degree overseas. Katie took that as her opportunity to take a 3 month vacation as a gift for graduating college early with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. We traveled all through London, Paris, Iceland, Rome, and Barcelona. When we weren't traveling our basecamp was in his 100 square foot tiny apartment where we shared a twin bed and were the closest we've ever been....literally! As our traveling concluded, Andrew only had a few more months away. The long distance for us was a breeze. Upon his return we moved into our first studio apartment together in Long Beach. Andrew was a mens volleyball coach and volleyball club director. Lets just say a lot of our weekends were back in volleyball gyms together. Jumping to present time Andrew moved away from volleyball and into the corporate world. Andrew works at a successful small food broker company that supplies Costco and Katie is managing a successful personal injury law firm in Newport Beach. We have moved into a new apartment in Costa Mesa. We are happy, healthy and beyond excited to continue our perfect love story!
