Will there be food at the Welcome Apéro on Friday?

Answer

Yes. There will be copious nibbles/hors d'oeuvres available.

Question

Will any of the events be outside?

Answer

All events will be taking place inside. FRIDAY: the venue is a short walk (100 meters) from where your taxi/Uber will drop you off. There is an outdoor terrace as well. Bring a jacket in case it's cold. SATURDAY: the event is entirely inside, but you could be outdoors waiting to board the bus or enter the after party. Bring a coat, there will be coat check/vestiaires at the venues.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

FRIDAY: there will be no transportation provided. We encourage you to get a taxi/Uber to and from the McCarren Park House, or take the subway. We are happy to help you order a car if you are having trouble. SATURDAY: Transportation will only be provided from the Harold Pratt House to the after party. For all other transportation needs, you can easily grab a yellow taxi/Uber, or take the subway.
