Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

The airport is only about 10 minutes from downtown Ft. Lauderdale. You can fly into Miami as well, but it's a nightmare.

Getting Around

There are Uber and Lyfts aplenty in Ft. Lauderdale, and everything is pretty close, so unless you are planning some out of town excursions, you should not need to rent a car. There is also a new train called the Brightline which can get you to either downtown Miami or Palm Beach in 30 minutes.
