Our wedding attire is black-tie optional. We would love to see our family and friends dress to the nines with us! Tuxedos and floor-length dresses are welcomed and highly encouraged, but dark suits with ties and elegant mid-length dresses are perfectly acceptable as well. Please reserve white only for the bride.
We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be adult-only with the exception of immediate family that are a part of our wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night!
Yes! For your convenience, complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Archer Hotel and Woodbine Mansion. A shuttle will depart from the Archer Hotel at 3:15 PM prior to the ceremony. Following the reception and send-off, a return shuttle will depart Woodbine Mansion at 10:20 PM and transport guests back to the Archer Hotel.
Woodbine Mansion offers a designated parking lot at the back of the property with 25 parking spaces. There is ample free street parking located in front of the mansion and on either side of the mansion. There is a free garage located 1 block from the venue. Ride share options are also very accessible in our area.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on the West Trellis Lawn.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony", this means that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we look forward to sharing with you!
Our ceremony will be outdoors on the West Trellis Lawn, cocktail hour will take place inside the mansion, and the reception will be held on the East Magnolia Lawn inside a clear top tent. The lawns are fully turfed for heel comfort!
