We matched on Facebook dating and talked for about a week or so. John asked me out for a coffee date and when I asked him if he drank coffee, he said no. I laughed, telling him "Me neither." He insisted that we could get something besides coffee and being as agreeable as I am, I told him it was fine. After he picked a Sunday afternoon, I told him I was going to the beach with some friends that weekend but let me see what I could do. I asked my friends if we could head down Friday night and come back Saturday night so I could have my Sunday coffee date. The friends agreed. John and I met outside the coffee shop with a handshake and went inside. I ordered a sweet tea and he ordered water. As we sat there sipping our water and tea, we talked about different things and that was when I realized that we had alot in common. John had to meet up with some friends to plan a camping trip so after 4 hours, he walked me to my car. He asked if I wanted a second date and I told him that I would. And that is where this story began.
