Here are some FAQs to clear anything up! If you have any other questions or concerns, reach out to Maddie or Josh!

What is the attire?

Answer

We want everyone to feel confident and comfortable while celebrating with us! Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard, with the reception indoors to follow. We kindly ask guests to dress formally. For ladies, this may include long or midi-length dresses. For lads, a dark suit or a dress shirt with a tie is appropriate.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We know a Friday wedding can be tricky with work schedules, so if you plan to attend the ceremony and want a great seat, we recommend arriving between 4:30–4:45 PM. We’ll be serving champagne while you wait!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer, who have very important jobs. We hope you enjoy a night off and come ready to dance!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please reach out to Maddie or Josh with any allergy-related concerns or requests. There will also be a spot to note this when you RSVP!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the Crawford. Please use the main parking lot first; if it is full, overflow parking is available at the Delta Dental lot (the large building next to the venue—you can’t miss it!). If you happen to enjoy a few extra drinks, overnight parking is allowed, so feel free to leave your car and enjoy the night worry-free.
