For the early birds, Zad's opens at 6:30 am and will greet you with a great bloody mary. For the night owls, they serve the finest Miller Lites in bottles. A great townie bar for the true Wisconsinite.
City Lights Brewing Co.
We love this brewery (among many) and recommend sitting on the back patio on a sunny day and indulging in their pub fries with a glass of Sarah's favorite Coconut Porter.
Indeed Brewing Company & Taproom Milwaukee
Where else can you get a cold beer, folk music, and proximity to both rock climbing and pizza? We like Indeed's relaxed vibe but we LOVE their pistachio cream ale.
Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria
Come for fantastic tacos, but stay for the hundreds of tequila varieties. Adam loves the "bao bun" taco shells and Sarah is a big fan of their jalapeño margs - it's a win for everyone.
Allie Boy’s Bagelry & Luncheonette
Have you ever had a bagel so good it made you buy a T-shirt? Adam has, and he did. Allie Boys has the best bagels in the city. Our only tip is to let yourself be adventurous with the shmear.
Tupelo Honey
Adding the most Instagram-worthy brunch spot in town in case you needed ambiance more delicious than your chicken and waffles. Make sure you look for a reservation ahead of time, it fills up fast!
Ma Fischer's
A classic breakfast joint with a history of preparing quality skillets. Find yourself at an outdoor table and you've found yourself a top-tier place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the city. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reprieve from a late night out.
Engine Company No. 3
The firehouse façade is appropriate--Engine Company No. 3 brings the heat. This phenomenal breakfast spot dishes out fantastic plates with global inspiration, from a local, family-owned farm. We highly recommend this Walker's Point eatery for breakfast and a bloody.

A wonderful breakfast cafe in Walkers Point. From classic omelets to the more contemporary avocado toast, the National Cafe provides a great start to any Milwaukee weekend.
