Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, to all hotels listed under "Travel". There are also several ride services available. If you don't have a transportation app on your phone, please ask the bride & groom to call a ride for you! PLEASE don't drink and drive.

Is there parking available?

Yes - there is street parking as well as a garage across from The Queen on 5th Street. For garage parking, make sure to have The Queen validate your ticket so you don't have to pay!

When is the ceremony?

We opted for an intimate ceremony in Scotland this past June - but don’t worry, we got it on video! It’ll be playing during the party so that you can share in our special moment.

What is the dress code?

You do you! The bride will be in her gown and the groom will be in (you guessed it) shorts and sneakers. =0) Whether you come in jeans or a ballgown - just be ready to dance!

Is it a sit-down dinner?
Answer
Nope! Food stations will be open from 6-10pm, so feel free to graze all evening long! But come hungry, we'll have prime rib, lobster ravioli, Tuscan bread, and many more delicious options!

Are children invited?

Yes, if specified on your invitation. There will be some games (ladder ball, giant jenga, etc.) set up in the Olympia Room (upstairs) for kiddos who would like to play with them!

Can I bring a guest?

We are very fortunate to have so many friends and family who want to celebrate with us. For that reason, we ask that you only bring a guest if your invite specifies one.

Is the facility ADA compliant?
Answer
Yes, the facility is wheelchair-accessible but only by use of an elevator.

Is there an after-party?
Answer
For those wanting to continue the fun after 10pm, we'll head down to Iron Hill Brewery (on the shuttle loop) for more fun. The last shuttle drop off is at 10:15pm, so you'll need an Uber or Lyft to get back to your hotel if you plan to close the bar with us.
