When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 1, 2021.

What time should I arrive at the party?

Answer

Please arrive by 7:15 pm so that the WhirlyBall people can give us instructions. Otherwise, you're free to come and go as you please :)

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Go for it. Please let us know in the RSVP. We want your plus-one well fed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yup, yup. One caveat: Kids need to be at least 8 years old (or at least 4.5 feet tall) to play WhirlyBall. They have to be seat belted in the bumper car and be able to reach the pedal and steer the car. Littler kids are welcome to come, as there are other arcade/play areas. Please make sure you record your party size in the RSVP :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Masks required (the COVID kind). Costume and/or cocktail dress encouraged. (This is an October wedding reception after all.) However, keep in mind that you'll be getting into and out of bumper car, swinging a lacrosse stick and trying to catch a whiffle ball. Dress accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yep. You can list any dietary restrictions in your RSVP. Appetizers, drinks and dessert will be provided.

Is there parking for this thing?

Yep. There's abundant free parking at the WhirlyBall building.
