Alex and Shellie’s love story started like many other modern romances - on the internet! Shellie gave Alex a “like”, Alex sent a message, and after some chatting, they agreed to meet up for a date. Once they started talking, they couldn’t stop - bonding over a mutual love of margaritas, pop-punk (specifically blink-182), being dog parents, and their corporate careers. They were so deep in conversation, they sent the waitress away at least 3 times before ordering anything and even then, they barely touched their dip trio. (If you know either Alex or Shellie, you know neither can resist cheese dip and guacamole, so that’s saying something.) Four weeks later, it was time for the first big test in the relationship. Shellie brought her dog Lucy over to meet Alex’s puppy, Aspen - this could only work if the dogs approved, of course! The dogs were instant BFFs, and Shellie and Alex officially started their lives together.
