Yes, we will be hosting a welcome reception at Ryan's Wake (403 River St. Troy, NY) on Friday, January 27th from 6-9pm. Stop by to say hi and have a drink and some snacks with us! The venue is a 3 minute walk from both hotels.
The attire for the wedding reception is formal. However, you can wear something more casual to the ceremony if you'd like.
If you need to check into your hotel for Saturday night, you can do so between the ceremony and reception! You can also get a drink and a snack at Brown's Brewing directly next door to the reception venue prior to cocktail hour starting.
There will not be a shuttle to the ceremony but there is parking at Saint Sophia.
Yes, there will be a shuttle running from both hotels to the reception. The shuttle will start running at 4:15 and loop from the Best Western, to the Courtyard, to Revolution Hall until 5:15. The shuttle will return to bring guests back to the hotels starting at 10pm and will run until 1am.
