Where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured a discounted block rate of ($189/night, $221 after tax) at the following hotel. What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the evening is Black-Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie. For women, floor-length evening gowns are encouraged, but a pantsuit or mid-length dress is also appropriate.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by either returning the card included in your invitation or via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab above, enter your name, and let us know if you'll be able to make it.

Please RSVP by Saturday, September 28th, 2024 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate the number of guests indicated on the RSVP card included with your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

All children under the age of 18 are welcome and encouraged to attend, and we are providing complimentary professional childcare until 9:00PM. Please note, however, that the ceremony is adults-only, so parents should plan to arrive a few minutes early to drop their kids off with our childcare service team on Level 2 before it begins. Kids are welcome to attend the reception or continue exploring the numerous interactive exhibits throughout the museum. When you RSVP, be sure to let us know how many kids will be attending, including any toddlers, so that we can make proper arrangements with our provider, Black-Tie Babysitting. https://blacktiebabysitting.com/

Getting to the venue

Answer

There are two different addresses for the venue and you need to choose the correct one based on your method of transportation. If you are walking, taking public transportation (DART), or being dropped off (Uber, Lyft, etc.), use the Museum’s main address: 2201 N Field St Dallas, TX 75201 Guests may park for free in the Museum’s employee lot, the entrance to which is located on Houston Street in the northeast corner of the museum property. Navigate to the address given below. At the gate, press the Help button and tell them you are here for the Rothfield Clark Wedding. Please note that vehicles left overnight must be retrieved by 10AM the next day. 2358 N. Houston Street Dallas, Texas 75201

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin very promptly at 6:30, so be sure to allow enough time to find the secure lot, park, and walk to the outdoor plaza in front of the museum's main entrance. Those with children should proceed directly to Level 2 of the museum to drop them off with our professional childcare service, Black-Tie Babysitting.
