Hotel
We have reserved a hotel block for Thursday and Friday nights, April 23-25, 2026. The rate for a king suite or double queen suite is $149 per night. To reserve by phone, call 215-491-0700 and mention Rother/Covello wedding. To reserve online, use the link provided in the button below, as it inputs our wedding group code directly. The block closes 3/23/26 and the link will no longer work. The rate will still be provided if you call the number above and mention the wedding. These will be on a first come first serve basis, if there are rooms still available at our rate. No additional rooms will be added after this date. We will be hanging out on the outdoor patio for the after party (if it rains, we have a space indoors reserved as well)! After party is BYOB. UPDATE 3/25/25 - to receive this rate, call the hotel directly to book or have them apply the code for anything booked online! Shuttle
April 24, 2026 4:15 pm - 11:45 pm
We will have two shuttles running to & from the hotel block & wedding venue. If you want, you may also uber or drive and park your car at the venue. The first round of shuttles before the ceremony will be at 4:15 and 4:20. The second round of the shuttles before the ceremony will be at 4:55 and 5:00. The shuttle will arrive back to the venue at 9:45 PM will continue running until 11:45 PM back-and-forth from the venue to the hotel block.
Flight
I would recommend getting a rental car if you are flying in. Philly airport is about an hour from the venue, and Newark is about an hour and a half. Hopefully one of these airports has a convenient flight for you! Can't wait to see everyone!
