For guests staying at: Ayres Hotel Home2 Suites Carlsbad Towneplace Suites Vista Carlsbad Party buses will arrive at the hotels at 3:25 PM to transport guests to the venue. We encourage guests to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 to ensure they are all seated as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Additionally, party buses will be available after the event to transport guests back to the following hotels: Ayres Hotel Home2 Suites Carlsbad Towneplace Suites Vista Carlsbad

There is parking available at the venue. If the parking lot is full, additional parking is available in the lower lot.

Due to the strict alcohol laws and insurance/liability requirements, our venue requires anyone under the age of 30 to have an ID in order to drink alcoholic beverages. They will not make any exceptions.

The event will be held both indoors and outdoors in the lawn area. Please take this into consideration when choosing your footwear for the evening.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp. We encourage guests to arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM to ensure they are all seated as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

We love you and your children, but we want this to be a night where you can truly unwind and celebrate with us. For that reason, our wedding will be adults-only (16+), and we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Alcohol will be provided at the venue, however, due to the venue's strict liability insurance, any person under the age of 30 is required to show ID.

Unless indicated on your invitation, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to venue restrictions.

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for and we are so excited to celebrate with you. If you wish to give something, we have provided an option on our “Registry” page to contribute toward our first home and honeymoon, both of which are incredibly special to us as we begin our life together.

Guests may leave their car in the primary upper level parking lot overnight, however, the venue asks that any cars left overnight be moved no later than 12:00pm the following day to ensure parking availability for other events at the venue.
