Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, everything will take place at The Venue at Turkey Ridge. We made it easy for you. Free parking will be available on site.

Will the Wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there a hotel block or recommended hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block for our guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Shelby, North Carolina. The hotel is approximately 36 miles from the airport and is conveniently located between Charlotte, Asheville, and Greenville-Spartanburg, making it easy for guests traveling from different areas. To reserve your room, please visit the “Make It a Weekend With Us” tab on our website and use the booking link provided. Guests who prefer to book by phone can call the hotel directly and reference our group code: AMWS to receive the discounted group rate. We look forward to celebrating with you!

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Our dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. We can’t wait to see everyone looking fabulous!

If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will appear on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone.

It’s usually sunny but cool, perfect fall weather! We recommend dressing in layers and checking the forecast as the day gets closer.

Yes. Guests will enjoy an open bar featuring beer, wine, full bar selections, and two signature cocktails curated by the couple.

Our wedding colors are inspired by fall. Think rich autumn tones like deep burgundy, navy, warm amber, mustard, and soft champagne accents.
