Macy and Syd met their second day of high school in PE. When Syd transferred high schools only one year after meeting Macy, they both thought they would never see each other again. Lo and behold, they have weathered 13 years of sisterhood, watching New Girl, running errands, and playing in the park. Macy has been Syd’s strongest support and they both have cherished witnessing each other grow from girls to women over the years.

Best Woman
Ganieve is Rosy’s best woman. They met in vocal class while going to Santa Monica college in 2017. Fun fact: ganieve yelled from across the parking lot asking to be friends with rosy. From then on, they’ve played music together, danced the night away in LA, and shared many laughs while living states apart.
Sophia Smith
Mermaid of Honor
“Tuffie” is Syd’s little sister. Syd and Sophia share the same laugh and light. Their best memories are usually held in conversations and epiphanies at 3 AM and with Connie, the family dog, known as Muppies. They have been through thick and thin, whether it’s splitting a bag of green grapes while sitting on the kitchen counter or chasing a man who broke into their house out with a boot.

Best Man
Henry is Rosy’s best man. They met during high school when rosy joined track in 2015. Since then, they’ve had a blossoming friendship from Henry being her track captain, study buddy in pursuit of their degrees, coworker behind the bar, and playmate on the billiards table🎱
Ashley Will
Witch of Honor
Ash and Syd are one and the same, sisters. Long phone calls and advice are their favorite things to share. They met working at Peet’s coffee, danced nights away at raves and concerts, and spent many a days cleaning in each other’s company. Ash and Syd share a love for the spooky, scary, whimsical, and weird; this includes an obsession with Halloween and pirates.

Bridesmaid
Jessica and Rosy met as classmates at CSULB whom developed a profound friendship. They graduated from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB together in the percussion department, as well as performed a duet piece on the marimba for their graduation recitals.
Mitchell Smith
Pirate of Honor
Mitchell is Syd’s brother. He is a third generation firefighter in their family, lead vocalist screaming in his metal-core band Hedonistic, and pillar of support to Syd. Their favorite past time is reminding each other of memories forgotten from childhood and laughing over voice recordings they leave one another.
Alexa Bennett
Bridesmaid
Lexi and Rosy met while working at Kincaids as hosts. From then on, they became best friends, and even roommates living in Long Beach. Lexi has an amazing sense of humor and can make you cry from laughter.
Molly Appleby
Siren of Honor
Molly and Syd met on a mission trip to Mexico and their next interaction was at Club OMG (IFYKYK). The universe seemed to keep these two together and suddenly it’s 13 years later. Molly is an inspiration to Syd and their reunion is always the sweetest and most uplifting experience. Genuine energy and love is what they both hold dear.
Nathan Saiki

Nathan is Rosy’s nephew. Nathan and rosy, just like the rest of the Turcios family, share a love for music. He was also a Saxon marching band member like rosy, graduating from North High School, and is studying to become a pilot.
