WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY? / CUANDO DEBO CONFIRMAR MI ASISTENCIA?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, you will automatically be marked as "not attending." We must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. We'd love to celebrate with you, so make sure to RSVP before the deadline. Por favor, confirmen su asistencia antes del 1 de Octubre haciendo clic en el boton de confirmación (RSVP) situada en el menú arriba. Si no confirman su asistencia antes de la fecha indicada, se les marcará automáticamente como ausentes. Debemos avisar a nuestros proveedores el número definitivo de invitados dentro del plazo que nos han establecido. Nos encantaría celebrar con ustedes, así que asegúrense de confirmar su asistencia antes de la fecha límite.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?/ A QUE HORA DEBO LLEGAR A LA CEREMONIA?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:30pm. Please make sure to arrive at the location 30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating. La ceremonia comenzará a las 2:30 p.m. Por favor, asegúrese de llegar al lugar 30 minutos antes para tener tiempo de estacionar y tomar asiento.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE? / HAY UN CODIGO DE VESTIMENTA?

Answer

There's no strict dress code, we do encourage that our guests dress for the occasion. Our main priority is that our guests feel comfortable so wear what makes you feel your best! No hay un código de vestimenta estricto pero si los animamos a vestirse para la ocasion. Nuestra prioridad principal es que nuestros invitados se sientan cómodos. Así que vistan aquello con lo que se sientan mejor!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? / LA BODA SE CELEBRARA EN INTERIORES O AL AIRE LIBRE?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors in a lovely forest setting, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the terrain. And because November evenings can possibly get chilly, a sweater or jacket is a good idea to stay warm while you celebrate under the stars! La boda se celebrará al aire libre, en un hermoso entorno boscoso; por ello, recomendamos usar calzado cómodo para el terreno. Además, dado que las noches de Noviembre pueden ser frescas, llevar un suéter o una chaqueta es una excelente idea para mantenerse abrigados mientras celebran.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?/ SON BIENVENIDOS LOS NIÑOS?

Answer

Yes, we would love to have your little ones join us and be a part of our special day! However, we totally understand if you prefer a night out! We will include all children invited on your RSVP, just kindly update us on who will be attending. If you do choose to bring them, please keep an eye on them to ensure their safety and comfort, especially since we'll be in a wide forest setting. During the ceremony, if they become unsettled feel free to step away and calm them down. Thank you for understanding! We also ask that kids remain seated during the special dances during reception so everyone can enjoy those moments. Sí, nos encantaría que sus pequeños nos acompañen y formen parte de nuestro día especial! Sin embargo, entendemos perfectamente si prefieren disfrutar de una noche de adultos. Incluiremos a todos los niños invitados en su confirmación de asistencia, simplemente les pedimos que nos indiquen quiénes asistirán. Si deciden traerlos, por favor mantengan su vista sobre ellos para garantizar su seguridad y bienestar, especialmente dado que estaremos en un entorno forestal amplio.
