Garden Party/Formal/Classy Casual: We'd love to see everyone's best dress! Our wedding will be an outdoor tent event, so please dress accordingly (hot weather/rain/shine). Comfortable and flatter shoes recommended, since we will be on grass and light gravel. We want everyone to feel at home and ready to boogie! :)
Please RSVP by June 1st. We completely understand if some guests may need a little more time due to work/family/travel plans. If that is the case, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Our wedding will begin at 4:15pm. We ask for everyone to arrive between 3:30p-4p to allow enough time to settle in and find a parking spot. Our driveway is a one-lane road, so once you're in, you may have to wait awhile before heading back out (due to traffic).
As you drive into our holler, the country road turns to gravel. Our driveway will be on the right side. Our Cabin is located before the Buddhist temple on the left, and parking will be located in the grass field to the right. There will be signage to lead the way!
You can expect a day filled with live performances by two of our favorite bands! The bands are not only some of the most talented musicians; they're also our friends. They're authentically amazing, and we can't wait for y'all to hear their music! We hope its a true, proper, Appalachian wedding that's memorable, happy, and fun! We're beyond excited to share the things that we love and inspire us, with you all. :)
Of course! We want the day to be memorable for everyone. Whether you prefer to attend the wedding with/without the children, the choice is yours!
Yes! We may have some generic options for beer/wine within limit. Generally, our wedding will be BYOB. You're welcome to bring your own cooler, and camping chairs, if you'd like.
We will do our best to accommodate! Please reach out, or let us know in the RSVP.
Since the Cabin is off-limits, we ensure there will be plenty of bathrooms available for everyone. The port-a-pottys will be conveniently spaced around the event, including one closer to the camping area. A larger handicap stall will be available, as well.
Yes! We encourage anyone who is partying with us late-night, to camp. We will try to have a good supply of tents available for guests who did not initially plan to stay, or perhaps were unable to bring their own camping equipment and want to stay for the after-party. Feel free to bring your camping chairs! Guests are able to set up their own tent the day before, or the morning of the wedding (preferably before noon) WARNING: Late-night music jam may be noisy, and may last till the sun comes up! Inside our Cabin will be off-limits to guests, but we will have a section of our property ready for tents! If you plan to bring a camper, please let us know, so we can ensure there's enough space.
