Our story began in the summer of 2022 when Christina returned to South Florida after two years away in New Jersey. She found herself working at Louie Bossi, an Italian restaurant near her new home, not realizing that the start of something special was just around the corner. Phillip, the Manager, caught her attention with playful smiles and cheeky comments, always leading Christina to find herself smiling. Their conversations were casual at first, but there was a natural ease between them. One Monday, knowing they both had the day off, Phillip reached out with a simple invitation for drinks. Nervous yet hopeful, Christina said yes. That evening, over sushi at Kapow, a simple night out turned into hours of effortless conversation. It was easy, fun, and felt like the beginning of something meaningful. The next weekend, Christina met Phillip’s closest friends, a warm, genuine welcome that made her feel truly seen and cherished. Soon after, on September 18th, Phillip asked her on a first date, and from that moment on, they became inseparable. They spent nearly every day and night together, always deciding whose place they’d stay at next. Less than a year later, they moved from Boca Raton into a cozy condo in Boynton Beach, where they now live with their two fur babies, Leo and Max. On April 18th, 2025, the day after Christina’s birthday, Phillip planned a surprise she would never forget. The two decided to celebrate with a little South Florida staycation. That morning, Christina took her time packing and enjoying the slow start to the day before heading to their hotel. Once there, they spent the afternoon sipping mimosas and piña coladas on the beach, soaking in the sunshine and each other. As day turned into night, they began getting ready for dinner. Just as they were finishing up, the hotel phone rang, there was a “surprise” waiting for Christina at the spa. Curious and excited, she followed Phillip to pick it up. The hotel staff offered them a short tour of the spa and led them out to a quiet outdoor balcony. There, the most romantic gesture awaited: a heart made of red roses and a hanging sign that read, “Will you marry me?” Phillip got down on one knee and, with heartfelt words and promises for their future, asked Christina to be his forever. Overwhelmed with emotion, she said yes, hardly believing the moment had finally come. They toasted with champagne, and just when Christina thought the surprises were over, their parents appeared, making the evening even more unforgettable. Together, they shared a beautiful dinner celebration surrounded by love, support, and joyful tears.
