We met in the fall of freshman year the way that every parent hopes their kid meets their future spouse - on sixth street in Austin, Texas. We were at a mixer for Tridelt & Sigep and were introduced by a mutual friend, thanks Kath! Little did we know what this introduction would hold for us. We would like to say the rest was history from there but if you know us, you know that is just not our story. Through a series of "on again, off again" seasons in college, we graduated and went our separate ways. In the spring of 2019, Campbell returned from his time working in New Zealand (supposedly he thought about Ally the whole time, even occasionally on the golf course) and was strategizing a way to win Ally over after ~3 years apart. After several months of living in Austin again, Campbell asked Ally to get a drink and hit her with the news (surprise) that he wanted to be with her... and FROM THEN it was history! So from three first dates & an eight year long roller coaster, we can't help but see the way God's hand has worked in and through our relationship. We would be nothing & nowhere without the Spirit's guidance and will continue to move where He leads us. We are thankful for how far we've come & for the lifetime we get to share ahead!
