Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in Temecula – just a 20 minute drive from the venue. Temecula is an hour from the San Diego Airport, and you can easily get around with a rental car or rideshare. Perfect spot to relax, sip some wine, and get ready for the weekend! Check out our Travel tab for our recommendations.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Welcome Party on Friday evening, as well as transportation to the wedding on Saturday. We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:30 PM to enjoy a champagne welcome and mingle before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Uber and Lyft are readily available and are our recommended transportation options. If you prefer to drive, complimentary parking is available at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight; however, all vehicles must be picked up by 10:00 AM on Sunday morning. At the conclusion of the reception, shuttle transportation will be provided. Two shuttles will transport guests attending the after party, while a separate shuttle will take guests back to Pechanga Resort Casino.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the venue, and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight. All vehicles must be picked up by 10:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will take place under a beautiful tent. The tent has a solid floor and heaters, so you can dance the night away comfortably. No need to worry about heels! Our Welcome Party will also be outdoors in a relaxed, open-air setting.

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: Casual Attire Wear what’s comfortable! Some guests may arrive in slightly more elevated looks coming from the rehearsal dinner. Wedding Day: Cocktail Attire Suits are welcome, but not required. Men may wear dress shirts and slacks (ties optional), and women may wear midi or floor-length dresses or jumpsuits. Please no jeans, sneakers, casual wear or costumes 😉 Halloween After-Party: 10PM - 2AM Costumes are optional, but absolutely encouraged! If you’d like to change, feel free to lean into the Halloween fun 🎃✨

Should I come hungry?

Answer

Welcome Party: This event will be drinks-only, so we recommend grabbing a bite beforehand. Cocktail Hour & Reception: Please come ready to enjoy! We’ll be serving gourmet hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner featuring fresh salads, artisan breads, prime rib, chicken piccata, shrimp pasta, and seasonal sides. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please note them in your RSVP or contact us directly.

Is there an open bar?

Welcome Party: 7:30PM – 10PM We’ll provide drinks until the tab is reached! Reception: 4PM – 10PM Yes! Enjoy an open bar featuring wines, beers, cocktails, and assorted juices and sodas. Drinks are on us🍸🥂 After Party: 10PM – 2AM Keep the party alive! Drinks will be provided (while they last) 👻🍹🎉

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to invite the guests listed on the invitation. If a plus-one isn’t noted, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate one.
