When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since we chose to have a destination wedding, our hotel is strict about attendance. Please RSVP for the wedding no later than May 1, 2022! Travel booking to reserve the group rate at the resort should be done by March 31, 2022. Booking rates may change after that time. Thank you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The wedding will be at the Royalton Riviera Cancun. Please arrange for your accommodations to be at this resort for special upgrades and discounts!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you have a food allergy or a special diet, please contact Sydney or Kyle to let the caterer know to have something available.

Is there room/travel insurance in the event of COVID or other changes?

Answer

Yes, travel and room insurance is available. Group Select and Group Elite insurance plans can be purchased at 14 days after the time of deposit (Note: This is NOT 14 days after time of payment. If planning to pay in full at the time of booking insurance can be purchased at that time). Please address further questions to Veronica Cabellero or Kyle Johnson.
