Taughannock Falls State Park
Check out the tallest waterfall east of the Mississippi River! Take an easy and rewarding hike on the gorge trail or drive to the scenic overlook for easy access. Explore the shops and eateries just up the hill from the park in Nicole's home town of Trumansburg.
Watkins Glen State Park
Hike through caves, under waterfalls and through a narrow gorge carved out by glaciers. We highly recommend taking a trip to Watkins Glen. Stay in town to grab some grub at Graft Wine and Cider Bar or explore the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
Cornell University
Even if you aren’t affiliated with Cornell, the campus is worth a visit. It has one of the best views of Cayuga Lake and hosts incredible architecture and landscapes. The Botanic Gardens are also fantastic!
Cayuga Waterfront Trail
Walk the southern shores of Cayuga Lake as it wraps around Cass Park, the Ithaca Farmers Market, and Stewart Park!
