Hotel

On our wedding day, there will be a shuttle to and from this hotel and our reception at Battello - which is right across the street should you prefer to walk. King Bed: $189/night + tax Double Bed: $209/night + tax *Deadline for group rate is March 29* NOTE: Our ceremony starts at 2pm and check-in isn't until 3pm, so please plan accordingly. Our reception begins promptly at 5:30pm.
Shuttle
April 29, 2023 5:15 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle service will be provided at 5:15pm to take guests across the street to Battello for our reception. The shuttle will continue to make drop-offs until no more guests are in the lobby. The shuttle will then resume at 10:30pm to take guests back to The Westin. It will also making a stop at the After Party bar Dorrian's a few blocks away should you wish to join us! All guests are welcome to take the shuttle even if not staying overnight at the hotel.
Flight
We know that NYC has a ton of airport options but Newark (EWR) is by far the most convenient as it's only a 20-minute ride from the Hoboken/Jersey City area. From experience, the other NYC airports (LGA/JFK) will be over 1-hour for travel or around $100+ for ride-share depending on the time of day.
Travel Note
There are plenty of ride-share services available which are easily accessible in the area. However since we're in a city, expect the area to be congested and build in extra travel time despite the short distances. Should you prefer a taxi, please note that Hoboken cabs are cash-only!
Train
If you're feeling savvy enough for public transit, there's also the NJ Transit light rail a few blocks behind the church that drops off behind the hotel and walking distance from our reception. The schedule is subject to change but you'd take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail towards West Side Avenue specifically getting on at 9th Street Congress and off at Newport (5 minutes). There is a ticket machine outside the station to purchase prior to boarding (about $3).
