Pisa International (PSA): Another close airport in Tuscany and a good option for any arriving from regional flights or a country abroad.
Rome–Fiumicino International Airport (FCO): Direct (and often more economical) flight options from major hubs LA, and JFK.
proceed directly to Roma Termini to a ~1.5 hr train ride to Florence.
