3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Please plan on arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony to park and make it into the venue. Please do not park in front of the venue, rather to the side in the large parking area. For anyone needing assistance getting through the parking lot, there will be a venue staff member operating a golf cart to take guests to the front doors!
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Please enjoy some music, appetizers, and the cash bar to prepare for dinner! At this time, all immediate family members will need to gather in front of the venue to organize for group pictures! For all other family and friends, there will be several other photo opportunities throughout the evening!
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Tables will be dismissed to go through the line and self serve! Enjoy, and be ready for a few speeches, fun photos, and dancing! Soon after 6pm, the dance floor will be open to party all night long!
