Despite Ross missing their first date by a week, Sydney and Ross turned a great initial Tinder connection into an exciting adventure by growing, having fun, and living life together!

On August 19th, 2018 we headed on one of our usual weekend hikes, this time attempting Mt. Si. After a very sweaty and taxing 4 mile hike with 3,190 feet of elevation gain, we had lunch at the top. As we were getting ready to leave, Ross asked for one quick selfie with the smoke-filled valley. After that, a box was presented with a beautiful ring inside and the proposition of marriage.
