When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP when you receive your invitation, or by August 8th at the latest. You will be able to RSVP on Zola by using the QR code on the wedding invitation, or by using the RSVP tab on this website (www.zola.com/wedding/rossandsharon/rsvp). To use the QR code, please hover over the code using your phone camera and click the highlighted link when it appears. Our RSVP page will load and you will then be able to RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5 for pre-ceremony drinks and a toast. The ceremony will begin at 5:30.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - the hotel has a shuttle. Please be sure to use the booking code "HOC" so that you are on the hotel's list for the shuttle. We will update this page with more information about shuttle times, and the hotel will provide this information as well. Please visit the "travel" section of the website for more information.

Answer

Yes! There will be an after party at the hotel with a cash bar :)
