To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before February 2nd. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after the date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the "RSVP" tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.
Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional. This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. Also, prepare for the weather of about 60's during this time of the year in Tennessee.
Both! Our beautiful venue consists of both indoor and outdoor portions. We do have a rain plan, however we will be dancing rain or shine!
The ceremony will be open seating. In fact, we prefer that you mix and mingle. However, please reserve the first row for the families. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know. We are eager to see who the most fun table will be!
Due to the nature of our venue, it is so important that you allow time for the shuttle to take you to our venue. Shuttle services will begin at 3:45. Please ensure that you are at the parking lot located at the bottom of the hill no later than 3:30 so that we can ensure everyone gets a ride. The shuttle service will continue throughout the night, however, they will be told not to drive up guests during the ceremony beginning at 4:30. You will be held until after the ceremony and will be invited to attend the reception.
Yes and no. You will not be able to drive yourself directly to the venue as there are very limited parking spaces at the top of the mountain. However, there will be complimentary parking at the bottom of the mountain and you will be shuttled up from there. Please refer to the travel section for the address.
YES! We are actually encouraging our guests to take as many as they can. This is a beautiful venue and we want you to share those memories with us. There will be QR codes located around the venue that will allow you to share all of your captured memories with us. We only ask that during the ceremony, you do not interrupt the memories being captured by our amazing photographer.
