The Wedding Party

Meet our friends and family, the ones who are walking down the aisle with us, and some that will be there in spirit, and in our hearts!

Karen Laurence

Mother of the Groom

Mirian Level

Mother of the Bride

The Bookworm (She won't be joining physically due to a medical condition) Mirian is Marisa's mom and she is a very intellectual lady. She taught Marisa the importance of education and a very strong passion for linguistics. Mirian says that Marisa was always very responsible, and she learned things very quickly and early, such as reading and going potty. She is a brave woman who made Marisa a fierce petite woman.

Larry Gottlieb

Father of the Groom

Bahman Heshmatpour

Father of the Bride

The Scientist Ben as people call him, is a very intelligent scientist, who has spent his lifetime doing research on materials that have been an important contribution to Science. He also has been a role model of hard work and cultivating our intellect for our own development and for the development of society. Marisa resembles her dad physically and also loves strong sour flavors just like her dad.

Brian Bradford

Best Man

Ross' Oldest Best Friend from back home in Huntington, Long Island, New York. Brian and Ross were teammates in High School football and met in Jr. High. They have developed a "Healthy" competitive comradery, though Brian probably thinks he is winning, Ross disagrees! (Ross is Brian's hero #facts)

Michelle Garces

Maid of Honor

Daughter/Best Friend of the Bride - The Side-Kick Princess Marisa became the mom of this lovely lady at a young age. She not only earned a daughter but also her best friend. They share lots of things in common and that made them have a very close relationship.

Eduardo Ajuz

Groomsman

Ross' College Best Friend. Eduardo has been to every one of Ross' apartments in Florida and throughout New York City. Eddie is as solid a guy as there is, always down to help a friend out.

Maria V. Level

Bridesmaid

Brides' First Cousin - Social Life Expert/Environment Advocate Piri, as we all call her is Marisa's first cousin and they shared beautiful moments together ever since they were kids and made impromptus costumes, danced and sang, played at the beach, and laughed together every holiday. Now they also have become advocates of the environment and are going to be launching a podcast show very soon.

Rion McCauley

Groomsman

Ross' Best Friend, former roommate, and current Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu training partner. Rion is a very spiritual person, always there to offer a conscious and positive perspective on life.

Clarisa Aguirre

Bridesmaid

Bride's Best Friend - The Holistic Therapist Ever since Marisa started working at Motorola Solutions in 2014, Clarisa became Marisa's Best Friend and Soulsister. They can talk for an infinitive amount of hours, they share their Venezuelan roots, the love for music, dancing, and working on developing themselves as a person.

Frank Nuñez

Officiant

Frank is a non-denominational wedding officiant and has been performing ceremonies for the past ten years. He can perform wedding ceremonies in either English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, or French. He will personally see to it that every guest in attendance will experience the magic of the moment along with the marrying couple.

Melanie Cap

Bridesmaid

Bride's Friend - The Party Maker Melanie has a very bubbly personality and can make any party a fun moment for everyone to enjoy. She enjoys hosting events at her beautiful home and is a very good friend and listener. Marisa and Melanie met in 2017 through Ross, because she also is his friend.

Haroldo Level

Uncle of the Bride/Godfather

The Business Master Haroldo is one of Marisa's maternal uncles and was always there for her to give her life advice, support her, and included her in his family trips with his children. Marisa has always looked up to him as a father figure and a person with excellent judgment.

Maria Ignacia Hernaiz de Level

Aunt of the Bride/Godmother

The Skilled Crafter Nacha as we all call her, is the Superwoman that Marisa always wanted to be as a grown-up: super skilled at crafts, cooking, organized, a great host to family parties, and also a very sweet and loving wife and mother. She is understanding and has always been there for Marisa as an aunt and as a friend.

Marlene De Palma

Aunt of the Groom

Alejandro Level

Uncle of the Bride

The Bohemian Brother Marisa's youngest maternal uncle is only 10 years older than her; for this reason, Marisa sees him more like an older brother than an uncle. He shares with Marisa the love for music, singing, acting, voice-overs, handcrafts, painting, drawing, and art in general. She looks up to him as the most talented person she has ever known.

Aroldo Level

Grandfather of the Bride

The Artist (In Heaven...With us in spirit) Marisa's maternal grandfather was the father figure that she had growing up. He was the sweetest grandfather to her. He would do anything for her, from dressing up as a clown or Santa Claus, to be with her whenever she needed care, advice, help, or a listening friend. She also developed lots of her artsy skills from her grandfather, who used to paint and sculpt art pieces, and was also an actor and a model in his free time outside Technical Drawing teacher.

Virginia Briceño de Level

Grandmother of the Bride

The Indomitable Spirit (She won't be joining us due to a medical condition) Virginia is Marisa's maternal grandmother and she is to Marisa the most fun grandmother in the history of grandmothers. She used to be very athletic, active, and vibrant. She was the perfect travel mate to Marisa when she was young and the two of them went on trips just the two of them to Aruba and Hawaii. She is a woman that Marisa looks up to for her incredible strength and dedication.
