Kait: The iconic Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore surrounds picturesque Glen Arbor. From trails with breathtaking views to historic farmhouses, it is definitely worth exploring! Ross: These are my stomping grounds! Kait, Archie, and I love to get lost out in the rolling waves of sand! Go adventure!
Kait:A Glen Arbor institution! This is where Ross and I met. ;) Grab a burger, cheese curds and a pint of beer and enjoy! Ross: Like so many locals, I was raised in Art's. It is so much more than a bar to me, I've met lifelong friends, and now my lifelong love in Kait here. Have a shot of Beam for me! BEWARE: Cash Only!!
Kait: Nestled right on the banks of beautiful Crystal River, The Mill is a historically restored working cafe and restaurant. Say hi to our friends, grab a great cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the river! Ross: Ehh, it's a bit too "refined" for me. If you live the hipster life, this place is for you.
Kait:The best spot for a grab and go sandwhich, stocked with fun market finds and good people! PS.... The cold brew is MY FAVORITE! Ross: Inn and Trail is the best lunch you can find in Glen Arbor! Kait is obsessed with their cold brew, and I'm pretty sure they keep a secret stash just for her. Don't mess with the owner, she bites..
Kait: This is a the best way to fully enjoy the beauty of The Crystal River! Grab friends and family and go for a kayak trip! The service and people are amazing, and they will make sure you have the best experience possible! Ross: Rushing water, beer, and friends! Need I say more? NO GLASS
Kait: This is a sweet spot for Ross and I. Many good times, friends, and laughs have been had here! Rob and Lissa are like family and will take great care of you! Ross: We love GA Wines! There are always at least three dogs to pet, which is all Kait and I need for a good time. Secret menu drink: Mix both ciders, you'll thank me later.
Kait: Want to soak up a day on beautiful Glen Lake? Glen Craft Marina offers boat rentals! Ross: After you rent a boat float it on down to the Carl Oleson Jr Bridge, commonly called The Narrows, and join us on the party-barg! The sandbar there, is the most popular place to catch rays, crush beers, and play water games! DISCLAIMER: While I fully condone jumping off the bridge, don't get caught! It's a BIG fine!
