Sangster International Airport
You will being flying into the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay Jamaica. When you're flight lands you will go through customs. Following customs you will enter a room with many different resorts for check in. Locate JTL transportation and they will provide you free transportation from the airport to the resort. When booking your room at the Resort/Hotel they will ask you to provide they day and time you will be landing in Jamaica and will give this information to the check in desk for transportation via bus. Transportation is included in the price of your trip.

FDR is an all-inclusive resort where the reception will be held. If guests want to stay elsewhere, the closest resort is the Grand Bahia in Runaway Bay and it's next door. FDR Rate is 200.00 per person per night double occupancy, 220 single occupancy...that includes your room, your food, unlimited drinks ,snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides and certain water sports. It has a fitness center, Yoga, Tennis, Pickle ball, cycling. Round trip airport transportation is included. These are special discounted rates. Room category is Garden/Pool view. Please provide flight info to Trishawna one week prior to arrival to coordinate transport. There is also free wireless internet access, nightly entertainment and karaoke at the main bar. In the event you may want your own space from everyone, there is a resort that is located right next door called the Grand Bahia Resort and Spa. They are requiring a one night non refundable deposit within 30 days, and second deposit within 60 days. Final is 30 days upon arrival. Cancelations and no-shows with 90 days have a one night charge, 60 days is a two night charge, 30 days is a 3 night charge. Whew you'll be able to smell the hot sauce and it could literally bring tears to your eyes. We will have a cocktail reception on Saturday followed by the Wedding, dinner and dancing. We will be coordinating a trip to the famous water falls near Ocho Rios on Friday. Be ready and bring your water shoes, sneakers or something that can withstand water and is sturdy or you can rent shoes. It's a fun excursion and climbing the falls is quite a rush!

While Jamaica has been increased to a level 3 travel advisory, I have 3 groups of people that are currently in Jamaica and moving around to excursions. They say they have not encountered any problems and feel safe. I have 2 others that have recently returned and said they had no problem and felt safe. As always we must be aware of our surroundings anywhere we go.
