December 26, 2020 They both swiped right! Ross started their conversation by asking Ellie about her experience skydiving. January 9, 2021 For our first date, we went ice fishing. When Ellie got into Ross's truck the Jonas Brothers were playing on the radio. If you know Ross, that means absolutely nothing to him. If you know Ellie, you know there couldn't have been a better start to the date! After 7 hours of fishing, we decided to call an end to the date after fireworks went off over the lake. December 24, 2023 The day had finally come where Ross proposed to Ellie! Ellie was picking out her outfit for Christmas Eve when Nova came into the room. As she started petting Nova, she noticed a ring box hanging from Nova's collar. When Ellie opened the box, there was a note inside from Nova asking if Ellie would marry her dad. When Ellie turned toward Ross, he was down on one knee with a ring asking her to marry him. Of course, she said YES!
