Yes! For all that are able to attend, there will be welcome drinks at Reserva Wine Bar in Beacon, NY (quick car ride away from hotel block) from 8pm - 10:30pm. Drinks and dessert will be served. We recommend grabbing a bite to eat in downtown Beacon ahead of time! Please reference the schedule tab for the address of the venue. Transportation will not be provided.
Garden Formal - this means: a bit fancier than Cocktail Attire but not quite Black Tie. We recommend suits for men and long or mid-length dresses for ladies. Block heels are recommended for ladies.
Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Buses will pick up guests at the Hyatt House located in Fishkill, NY at 4pm!!! and drop them here at the end of the night. Buses will leave the venue at 10:30pm and 11:55pm back to the Hyatt House
While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
