When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 8th April 2023, so we can have an accurate headcount.

What do we do if we have special dietary requirements?

Answer

When you RSVP, please let us know the specifics of your requirements so we're able to inform the caterers know ahead of time. They’ll be more than happy to make any special accommodations for you.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) - if the weather takes a turn, it will be moved indoors with reception to follow.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

Heaton House has a fully licensed bar that’s open from 12pm, so you won’t need to worry about bringing any alcohol. It’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need, and if you have any favourite drinks or special requests, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make sure it’s ready to serve on the big day.

What time does your bar open?

Answer

The bar is open from 12 noon until 11.45 pm. They don’t close during the wedding breakfast, so you will always have access to drinks.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
