We're Getting Married!

Ross and I met in 2009 during our first year at the University of Florida. We lived in the same dorm and saw each other often. In December, just before we went home for Christmas break he asked me to be his girlfriend and I gleefully accepted. Ross went to dental school in South Florida while I completed my last year at UF. While Ross earned his DMD, I earned a Masters of Science while working for my dad and we would see each other on the weekends. When Ross asked me to follow him across the country to Shreveport, Louisiana, I followed. Over the past three years since we have lived in Shreveport, LA, Ross has earned his MD and thrived in his residency and I became a college instructor, and more recently am back in school myself for nursing. We bought a house, adopted a cat, adopted a puppy, and were adopted by another kitten. On year 9, day 364, Ross asked me one more big question, if I would be his wife. I said yes!
