Time to celebrate!

Officially, we met at the Bogey Inn in Shawnee Hills. We had dinner and played a round of darts later at Lucky’s in Marysville. Technically we met using Bumble. I was buried in grad school work and needed a night out. Kevin was moving on after a previous relationship and was ready to get back out there. Who knew it would be our last first kiss!

Kevin and I were laying on the couch watching a movie. Kevin was thanking me for getting Noli set up with her first dance class. He was reflecting on how happy it made everyone and that he wants to feel that happy for the rest of his life. He said he loved watching his mom and myself smiling together with his daughter Noli. He asked if I would like to go to the “ring” store the next day and to become his wife. The next day he took me to the jewelry store and let me pick out what I wanted and the rest is history….. :)
