How did Ross & Steph meet?

Ross and Steph met through an online dating site called Zoosk on November 21, 2013. They started talking via Facebook Messenger about the normal stuff: where we grew up, went to high school, where we worked, etc. After a few messages back and forth, Ross asked Steph when she was free so they could go on their first date together. Steph and Ross had their first date on November 23, 2013 at Stonestreet Pub in San Antonio, TX. Ross and Steph have rarely been apart since their first date!

He Asked, She Said “About Damn Time!”

Ross and Steph went to Tulsa for Steph’s SeneGence business from April 25-April 29, 2018. They got into Tulsa late on the 25th and couldn’t wait to crash out at their AirBnB directly across from Centennial Park. The next morning, they woke up to go to a local diner called Dilley Diner for breakfast before heading to Seminar registration. After Steph got checked in at Seminar, the two of them headed back to their AirBnB to figure out what other fun, unique things they could do with their one free day together. Ross suggested they walk across the street to the park to explore. Steph immediately had a funny feeling come over her when they got there; Ross insisted on keeping his jacket on which, if you know Ross, you know he is always warm and Steph is always cold -- it wasn't even cold enough for Steph to wear a jacket. As they got further into the park where the man-made creek started, that feeling of butterflies kept growing inside Steph. They continued walking down the path until the creek opened up into the lake at the center of Centennial Park. It was at that moment that Steph knew Ross was going to propose. She started acting very strange and was making a big deal about not being able to find the ducks they spotted only 30 minutes prior. While standing on a little pier that extends out over the lake, Steph kept trying to move away from Ross and act like she didn't know what was happening. Ross stayed behind Steph for a few seconds then said, "Steph." She turned around to witness Ross down on one knee then turned her head away from Ross with a huge smile on her face while giggling. It was at that moment that Steph heard a SPLASH! Wait, WHAT?! Yes, Ross dropped the ring box in the lake! For what felt like 5 minutes, Steph thought to herself, 'Can I reach it? Where's a long enough stick? Can Ross hold me by my ankles so I can grab it?' Ross then says her name again and pulls out another ring box with the engagement ring inside.
