The day Maggie and Ali met was a day both of them can recall with crystal clarity. It was 2015 and Maggie was walking into Ali's place of work (Bambeco) for an interview. There was no one to greet her, so Ali quickly hopped up from her desk, came over and shook her hand. Maggie remembers thinking to herself that Ali looked super cool and she liked her tattoos. Ali remembers admiring Maggie's blue and white floral suit. Long story short, Maggie got the job and her and Ali have been best friends ever since. They're certain this was a case of love at first sight and they'll be happy to tell their story in full detail to anyone who asks.

Maggie and Kendal met in high school where they both attended Annapolis Senior High. It was one of those instant friendships that when they met they wondered how they hadn't already been friends. They also played field hockey together but the bonding really took place outside of school. They were there for each other through many ups and downs, losses and break-ups, celebrations and wins. Their friendship has stood the test of not only time, but distance, as Kendal moved across the country to California after college. 16 years later, going strong, one with a baby and a husband and the other about to walk down the aisle.

Maggie and Meghan have been friends since the age of 2. They met in 1990 when they were living across the street from each other. As the story goes, Meghan wandered into Maggie's open garage and the rest is history. They grew up together, ballet recitals, field hockey and lacrosse games, afternoons spent playing in the woods, high school, college, post-college, relationships, deaths, they've been through it all. And 31 years later, their friendship still stands, stronger than ever.

Stella is Ross' sister but felt like a sister to Maggie shortly after they met. After about a month of Maggie and Ross dating, Maggie came over to Shore Acres to meet the family and she instantly fell in love with the Dolans, especially her little dudes, Rick and Frank. Stella and Maggie share a love of music, vintage clothes, planning, sparkle freckles and of course, Ross Gallahan. She couldn't have asked for a better family to blend into her own and can't wait to officially be sisters-in-law.

Sarah Elverud

Sarah and Maggie met back in 2016 while working together at Bambeco. Maggie was the new-comer to an already forged bond between Sarah and Ali (MOH). The first few weeks, Maggie sat at her desk while Sarah and Ali scooted past on their way to lunch at Harris Teeter. Maggie's first impression of Sarah was that she was not amused and was not interested in adding a third to their duo. However, everything changed one cloudy afternoon in Brooklyn Park, when Maggie received a G-chat invite from Sarah and Ali, she had finally been asked if she would like to join them to Harris Teeter for lunch, or as we liked to call it, "The Teets." The three of them were truly inseparable ever since, experiencing all that life had to throw at them, together. And Sarah remains a cemented part of Maggie's life.

Caroline Leslie

Caroline and Maggie attended Annapolis High together and were in the same circle of friends but their friendship really started when they moved in together in 2017. They spent 4 years living together in a cute little house in Eastport, along with Daniel McGraw, forming the trifecta of 1211. These were very formative and special years that will never be forgotten (mostly). Maggie lived here when she and Ross first started talking and where he eventually picked her up for their first date.

Caroline Vogan

Maggie and Caroline's story truly travels back in time, as they were in each other's lives before even being born. Maggie's Mother, Valerie and Caroline's Mother, Debbie were good friends even before they became pregnant with Maggie and Caroline. They were neighbors on Glen Ave in Annapolis in the late 1980's. Once born, Caroline and Maggie were instant best friends and have created some of Maggie's fondest and happiest moments of her childhood. Days spent dancing to Spice Girls and Hanson, soon transitioning to angsty teenage years listening to Incubus and Dashboard Confessional, leaning on each other through boy problems, heartbreaks, crushes, pretty much just all about boys...They've made it all the way to 2022 and the friendship has stood the test of time, and isn't going anywhere!
