Our Story
Roslin and I met in 2023 in Bangladesh during a mission trip from Triad Church, NC. The mission seed was planted very young in me, being fascinated hearing about my grandparents’ work in remote villages in the Amazon jungle.
After reconnecting in the US in 2025, the only way to know if we could pursue a relationship was if I went back there for a few weeks. This trip required a lot of faith. Me leaving work, family and Roslin opening up her life and trusting God to let me in to get to know the kids, teachers and leaders at the school. We had our ups and downs during that trip. Many talks, many prayers, a lot of fun and a lot of patience with one another. This is how we got to know each other. To see Roslin care for so many kids who don’t have anyone else and do it selflessly day in and day out was truly amazing. I’m honored that she’s choosing to share that with me, trusts me to join her and grow together to see where God takes us! Thank you for your prayers, love and support!
