Travel Note
Starting January 8, 2025, U.S. citizens, Canadians, and non-European travelers must get an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter or travel through the United Kingdom. The ETA is required for short stays (up to six months) for purposes such as tourism, business, family visits, or short-term study. To avoid issues with boarding flights or entering the UK, secure your ETA well before you travel. Processing time takes approximately 3 days but may take more or less time.

Hotel
There are several great options for hotels in the Bristol area. City Centre is the bustling heart of Bristol with lots to do, from museums to pubs to nightlife. Close by is Clifton, a more traditional side of town with a Victorian aesthetic. Both City Centre and Clifton have sufficient public transport. There are several smaller, quieter inns outside the city as well. We recommend renting a car if you're staying out in the country.
