We’re Getting Married!

Brian knew of Michelle in high school as she was a few years older and Brian was friends with her younger brothers. Michelle did not know that Brian existed during her years at MHS. About a decade after graduation, Brian was approached about playing indoor soccer on an adult, coed recreational team. While hesitant to play at first, Brian eagerly took the opportunity once he was informed that Michelle would also be playing. The rest is history.

It is a well established fact that Michelle's ultimate happy place is an umbrella chair on a white sand Florida gulf coast beach. Armed with this knowledge and with the help of Michelle's friends and family, Brian found the ring, traveled with Michelle to said happy place, buttered her up with some fruity adult beverages, got down on one knee, and asked her to "come look at this cool seashell". Michelle, being who she is, replied that she was laying down and that Brian should bring it to her. Realizing that his plan was falling apart, Brian insisted he couldn't move it and that Michelle must come take a look at the "shell" where it was. With a grumble Michelle got up and, after a few steps, realized that Brian was on one knee. With Michelle finally in place, Brian spoke a few words, offered Michelle the ring and, by a stroke of luck for him, Michelle said "Yes!".
