Barcelo Maya Riviera

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico on May 3, 2027! We are working with the travel agency Barefoot Bridal for all wedding accommodations and have secured a room block at the adults-only Barceló Maya Riviera, a stunning all-inclusive beachfront resort. Guests can book a minimum three-night stay at the secured group rate between April 29, 2027 and May 6, 2027. Dates outside of this range can still be requested, however the group rate is not guaranteed. Barefoot Bridal will send a confirmation of dates and room rates within 3 days. To be included in the room block, reservations must be made through the Barefoot Bridal link below no later than January 12, 2027. A $100 deposit is all that’s required to secure your room. On the booking website, you’ll also find helpful information about the resort, payment options, reservation details, and airport transportation—making it easy to plan your trip stress-free.

Transportation

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Ground transportation to the resort can be coordinated through Barefoot Bridal at the time of booking, or added anytime before January 12, 2027. The transport will be private to wedding guests only. Round-trip transportation is $105 per person. You will be asked to submit your flight itinerary by March 19, 2027.
