What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. We encourage you to bring a coat as the ceremony is outside and Central Oregon weather in November can be unpredictable!

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be limited parking available at Aspen Hall. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by October 1st, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies. Please text Hannah at 541-350-3265 with any food allergies and she will get in contact with the caterer. Please note that all of the food will be peanut and sesame free.
