The closest airports to Cortona are: Perugia (PEG) – approximately 1 hour by car Florence (FLR) – approximately 1.5 hours by car Pisa (PSA) – approximately 2.5 hours by car Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – approximately 3 hours by car or train For guests travelling from Manchester - Pisa, Bologna and Rome typically offer the best choice of direct flights. For guests travelling from London - we recommend looking at direct flights to Perugia, Florence, Pisa or Rome. Hiring a car is the easiest way to travel around Tuscany. Alternatively, trains run to Camucia-Cortona station from Florence, Pisa and Rome, followed by a short taxi ride to Cortona.
