Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from The Residence Inn Hamilton that will go back and forth from the hotel to the venue frequently throughout the night.

Can we take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Please send them our way. We just ask that you do not get in the way of our photographers and videographers.

Which hotel has room blocks?

Answer

We have room blocks at The Residence Inn in Hamilton. However, you are also able to reserve a room separately at the Courtyard by Marriott which is also very close to the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. If you will be drinking, we ask that you use the shuttle service provided by our hotel.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time which is at 5:30 PM.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us tonight & the hangover is on you!

What is the itinerary for the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before to get seated. Cocktail hour will start at 6:00 PM and the reception will follow. Please see the “schedule” tab on our website for more information.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing Sunset Orange!)
