Best Western Ipswich Hotel – Right in Copdock, close to the venue — classic and simple comfort. Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park) hotel – Highly rated and just a short drive away. Great balance of comfort and price. Travelodge Ipswich Capel St Mary – Budget‑friendly option a bit south of Copdock that’s easy to reach. Finjaro Guest House – A local guest house with excellent reviews — ideal for smaller groups or families.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free on-site parking at Copdock Hall for all our guests. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for closer parking. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and make your way to the ceremony area. Please note if you are leaving your car at the venue you will need to collect by 10AM the following morning.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our wedding will be a formal affair. We kindly ask guests to dress in their elegant best and in light pastel summer colors. Please avoid wearing white and baby blue as that’s reserved for the bridal party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Day guests please arrive at Copdock for no later than 1:00pm. Evening guest please arrive from 7:00PM

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
