Getting There
Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is only 22 minutes away from Brasada Ranch and 35 minutes from downtown Bend. This is a smaller airport but it does offer affordable direct flights from Denver and many other locations. There are Ubers and Lyfts available from the airport and once on the Ranch everything is within 5-10 min walking distance. The Ranch also has golf carts available for rent if needed. If you plan to stay closer to Bend or off the property, a rental car might be a good idea. The next closest airport is in Portland, OR which would be about a 3 hour drive and require a rental car.

Welcome to Brasada Ranch! We loved this venue for so many reasons but mostly because it allows for anyone and everyone to stay on the property and all amenities/wedding events are within a 5-10 minute walk. We want to see our people the whole weekend so please come enjoy all that the Ranch has to offer with us! We have arranged a lodging block for our guests at Brasada Ranch that includes a discounted rate. To reserve your accommodation, please call the reservations team at (877) 771-4239 and tell them you are booking rooms for the Davies-Libertini Wedding in May 2025. YOU HAVE TO CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED, NO ONLINE BOOKING. There are multiple lodging options on the ranch that we have detailed below. The website also has a ton of pictures and additional information for reference. Sage Canyon Cabins: There are nice and spacious cabins on the property ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. Each cabin features a well-appointed kitchen and living area, bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, and the option to upgrade to a unit with a hot tub. Additionally, certain cabins can be made up with twin beds in one bedroom or a sofa bed in the living area. These are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Ranch House Rooms & Suites: The Ranch House is located at the front of the property and offers hotel style rooms above the reception area. These are well suited for individual guests or couples, they are adult-only and not pet-friendly. Cascade Bungalows: The Cascade Bungalows are adult only studios that are on the more luxurious side. Each one features stunning views of the Cascade Range, personal patio, hot tub, outdoor shower, a golf cart and much more! There are only 10 of these and they require a 2 night minimum. Additional Notes: -There are golf carts available for rent for the entire weekend. - Dogs are welcome in select cabins/bungalows, for an additional pet fee. Please inquire when booking.

There are a ton of Airbnbs/VRBOs available in Bend and the area near Brasada Ranch. There are also a number of hotels in Bend. Please note, there are a variety of VRBO, Airbnb and Vacation cabins and homes at Brasada Ranch. We encourage you to book via the Brasada Ranch reservations line, to ensure access to all amenities and services the resort offers. Guests of non-resort managed cabins and homes do not have access to the Adult-Only Cascade Pool, Resort Wide Transportation, Vacation Planning with our Reservations Team, Housekeeping or Maintenance Services. There will not be a shuttle for the wedding from Bend. There are Ubers/Lyfts that are typically available coming from Bend but might be harder to order to the Ranch after the wedding.
