When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly reply by September 30, 2024. If we have not heard from you by then, we will regretfully accept your declination to attend. Our caterer needs a final headcount by October 1, so we are unable to make accommodations for those that do not RSVP by the deadline.

Can I bring a date?

Our invite list is very limited, please refrain from bringing a plus one unless they have also been specifically invited.

Are kids welcome?

Our celebrations will be 18+. Please leave your little ones at home.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30 pm to prevent any delays.

Is there a dress code?

The ceremony is Beach Formal, while the reception will be Beach Casual!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see accommodations tab! The listed hotels are very close to the venue. We unfortunately do not have a room block at any specific hotel, feel free to look around and maybe check out some airbnbs!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When you RSVP, please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions so our caterer is aware of any issues in advance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The entire venue is ours for the day and FREE parking is included right across the street! Please tell the parking attendant that you are here for the Baxter/Patton wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. But feel free to reach out to the bride or groom if you would like to carpool with other guests. The distance to the listed hotels so Uber would also be a great choice!

Who should I contact if I have questions the day of the wedding?

Please reach out to the parents of the Bride or Groom for any questions day-of.

How long will the reception last?

Answer

Cocktail hour is from 4:30pm-5:30pm Introductions of the Bride and Groom will be at 5:35pm. Dinner will be served at 6pm. Last call for drinks will be at 9:15pm. The bar closes at 9:30pm. The reception will end at 10pm.
